My love for food began as a child. I was raised by a family that enjoyed cooking and had a zeal for taste. From caterer to entrepreneur, it wasn't until I worked as a personal chef that I discovered my true love for cheese. So six years ago, Viola! C'est Cheese was born. Today, C'est Cheese is a combination of my passion and experience coupled with the authentic products and atmosphere of a European market.
